Genmar Transportation, Inc. (“GTI”) operates 135 late model, fuel efficient Volvo tractors and approximately 240 modified step deck trailers. Generally, GTI is able to haul loads up to 48,000 pounds. GTI also has approximately 20 double drop expandable trailers which offer a wider variety of applications including oversize loads.

Our professional drivers are well trained and experienced in hauling most types of step deck and flatbed freight. Boat hauling is very specialized and our equipment allows for a variety of freight configurations including non-boat freight. Our drivers also carry a full set of tarps for weather sensitive freight.

GTI has two dispatch offices, one in Little Falls, Minnesota and one in Cadillac, Michigan. We also have a full truck shop at the Little Falls facility.

GTI issues company cell phones to all drivers which allows us to have up-to-the-minute contact with the driver. GTI has also developed a custom fuel network which helps control costs.

GTI operates in all 48 contiguous states and most of Canada. GTI has common carrier authority and is fully insured.
